ClearClass Glass Equipment Official Terms
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the ClearClass website (clearclass.com) and purchasing our glassware, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Product Descriptions & Craftsmanship
Our products are manufactured using 100% pure borosilicate and lead-free crystal glass. Due to the handcrafted and artisanal nature of certain blown glassware, minor variations in bubble structure or slight dimensions are hallmarks of artisanal authenticity and are not deemed defects.
3. Pricing & Order Placement
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. ClearClass reserves the right to modify pricing or cancel orders resulting from inadvertent typographical errors.
4. Custom Quotations & Bulk Orders
Quotes generated for B2B, hospitality, or bulk catering orders remain valid for 14 calendar days from issuance. Production timelines commence upon receipt of confirmed advance payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, product imagery, 3D renderings, and copywriting on ClearClass are the exclusive intellectual property of ClearClass Glass Equipment Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClearClass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse or mishandling of glassware products after successful delivery.
